The first phase of the Marazul Dive Resort consists of 12 apartments and 2 bungalows. The apartments have a living / bedroom with open kitchen and bathroom and on the floor one bedroom with bathroom and spacious terrace. The bungalows have a living / dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a veranda. The first phase has already been fully sold.

The next phase of the Marazal Dive Resort consists of 32 apartments and 13 bungalows. At the entrance of the resort comes a functional building, intended as a diving school and reception / office for the resort.
