Bathing and wellness


Pure relaxation awaits you in our bath and wellness area. With a pleasant 34 ° C water and 29 ° C air temperature, you can relax in our indoor pool with bench and massage jets. The sulfur healing water comes from a source known for centuries, which gushes out of the ground behind the Bad Serneus.

Of course, guests from outside are welcome. The bathroom is also suitable for children. From 15 o'clock the healing becomes also the family bath.

In our new wellness you will find a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. There are also experience showers, a Kneipp bath, a sun lounger solarium, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room with a heated bench and relaxation loungers.

Wellness

Welcome to our wellness area! There is a Finnish sauna and a wonderful steam bath, as well as circulation showers, heated loungers and meditative music. Refresh yourself after sauna or steam bath with the clear, cold water from the tub. If you do not tolerate the heat so well, you are welcome to use our heated loungers.

Highly recommended are changing footbaths! The gentle massage of organ-related points on the feet stimulates the blood circulation and with it the physiological function of the corresponding organs. Exchangeable foot baths are ideal for regulating the tone of the autonomic nervous system, for strengthening the body and improving blood circulation.

After a sauna or steam bath, relax in the relaxation room with meditative music. You can also relax in the sunny meadow - the solarium -, which spoils you with its pleasantly warm light.

And do not forget: In the sauna, the body loses fluid. Therefore, it is advisable to drink a lot. Our Serneuser (sulfur) mineral water is suitable as a healthy thirst quencher.
